and analyze current and emerging trends in the beauty and nail industry.\nStay informed about consumer preferences, competitors, and industry innovations to inspire new product ideas.\nDesign Story Development:\nDevelop cohesive design stories based on trend predictions and market research.\nCreate visual and written narratives to guide product development and ensure alignment with brand identity.\nNail Design Creation and Presentation:\nDesign creative and innovative nail patterns and styles that reflect the latest trends.\nProduce physical or digital nail boards to showcase design concepts and support internal and external presentations.\nMarket and Data Analysis:\nAnalyze market trends, sales data, and consumer insights to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for growth.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategies align with market demands and business objectives.\nRequirements\n[Qualifications]\nBachelor’s degree in Product Design, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in product development, design, or a related role (experience in the beauty or fashion industry preferred).\nStrong research and analytical skills to identify trends and interpret data.\nCreativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics and details.\nProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software.\nStrong understanding of project workflows and effective cross-functional and external partner communication\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects\nCreative mindset with a sharp eye for trends, innovation, and attention to detail\nProactive approach, skilled at anticipating needs and taking initiative in job responsibilities\nBilingual in English and Korean preferred\nBonus Points If You Have:\nExperience with beauty, skincare, CPG, or retail\nExposure to Retail sales channels\nComfort navigating Nielsen
