This role will coordinate trainee development across vocal, dance, performance, music, wellness, and education while partnering closely with Creative, Casting, A&R, instructors, and project leadership to support each trainee’s growth and overall readiness.\n[Job Description]\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and manage an integrated training and development program aligned with the project’s creative direction, music goals, and debut timeline\nCoordinate training schedules across vocal, dance, performance, language, fitness, music, media, and other development areas\nIdentify, onboard, and manage internal and external instructors, coaches, studios, and training partners\nEstablish individual development plans, short- and long-term goals, and measurable progress benchmarks for each trainee\nMonitor trainee progress through evaluations, observations, instructor feedback, and performance assessments\nPartner with Creative, Casting, and A&R to evaluate trainee potential, development needs, group chemistry, and projected readiness\nOrganize regular trainee evaluations, review sessions, workshops, and development camps\nMaintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, development plans, instructor feedback, and trainee progress\nManage training facilities, program logistics, schedules, vendors, and approved budgets\nServe as a primary point of contact for trainees, parents, guardians, instructors, and internal stakeholders regarding program-related matters\nIdentify development concerns, performance gaps, or behavioral risks and escalate them to project leadership as appropriate\nRequirements\nQualifications\nMinimum 3 years of experience in artist development, talent development, training program management, youth development, or a related field\nExperience managing structured training programs, instructors, schedules, evaluations, or participant development plans\nStrong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders\nAbility to assess progress, synthesize feedback, and translate development needs into actionable plans\nStrong interpersonal judgment and the ability to build trust with young talent, parents, guardians, instructors, and internal teams\nAbility to handle sensitive situations and highly confidential information with professionalism\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nFlexibility to work nights and weekends and travel as needed\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience\nPreferred\nExperience in the music, entertainment, dance, performing arts, sports, or youth development industries\nExperience supporting the development of recording artists, performers, models, actors, trainees, athletes, or other high-potential young talent\nDemonstrated experience sourcing and managing vocal coaches, dance instructors, performance directors, educators, and specialized development partners\nFamiliarity with both Western artist development and K-pop training systems\nExperience developing evaluation frameworks, training curricula, or individual development plans\nExperience working with minors and their
