growing aerospace manufacturing company\nTight-knit team where strong performers are valued\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop CNC programs using Mastercam.\nCreate and optimize toolpaths, cutting strategies, and machining processes.\nReview engineering drawings, models, specifications, and GD&T requirements.\nSupport setup, prove-out, and first article activities for new and existing parts.\nTroubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, and machining issues.\nWork with machinists, engineers, and production leaders to improve quality, cycle times, and efficiency.\nDocument programming methods, setup notes, tooling requirements, and process improvements.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts across machining operations.\nFollow all safety requirements and contribute to a clean, organized, and professional work environment.\nRequirements\n3+ years of CNC programming using Mastercam.\n3+ years of machining experience.\nExperience programming 3, 4, and/or 5-axis CNC machines.\nProficiency Mastercam programming complex parts on 4axis, 3+2, and 5axis processes. \nStrong understanding of G-code, M-code, tooling, and setting speeds and feeds.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, models, specifications, and GD&T.\nEligible to work in the United States.\nExperience with verification software such as Vericut preferred.\nExperience machining aluminum, titanium,
