Your scope covers two locations:\nEcatiD (Plouédern - Finistère): 140 employees across two sites.\nDesvac (SaintBarthélemyd’Anjou - MaineetLoire): 30 employees. Your responsibilities Develop HSE culture\nPromote the HSE policy across teams.\nSupport managers in implementing best practices and HSE standards.\nOrganize awareness, prevention, and training initiatives.\nLead the CSSCT committee.\nFoster safe behaviors and support change management.\nLead HSE management reviews. Risk assessment, prevention, and management\nUpdate the Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) and identify hazardous situations.\nPropose, implement, and monitor action plans.\nEnsure regulatory watch and maintain site compliance.\nOversee the proper application of HSE procedures.\nLead accident investigations and define corrective actions.\nManage mandatory regulatory training.\nPrepare prevention plans.\nOversee waste management and chemical risk control.\nSupport building construction and site expansion projects.
