Additionally, you play a key role in handling, analyzing, and resolving customer issues, always striving to maximize customer satisfaction. Collaboration is essential, as you support and work closely with the broader BENE and BENEDACH teams, including coordination on cross-border accounts.\nYou also take the lead in proactively planning and facilitating Pulse meetings and contribute to product forecasting and planning.
