As part of the Intertropical Africa team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for the Poultry business unit across the Intertropical Africa region. Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the business plan and annual budget.
  • Define the 3- to 5-year vision for the Poultry business in collaboration with the Ceva-Laprovet Director.
  • Provide technical and marketing support to local teams in coordination with country operations managers.
  • Provide technical support to operational teams.
  • Analyze market data and generate insights to guide strategy.
  • Identify and develop new growth drivers: countries, customers, products.
  • Contribute to the financial management of the Poultry business (P L, margins, sales forecasts, OPEX).
  • Facilitate communication with Corporate teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with regulatory affairs, supply chain, and operational teams.
