This role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training and development, Compensation and benefits and performance management. The HR Manager plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR policies and procedures support business efficiency and employee engagement.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.\nRelevant postgraduate degree with additional certifications in HR (e.g., SABPP) advantageous.\nMinimum 5-8 years’ generalist HR experience at a similar level, preferably with MibCo experience.
