To coordinate the accurate and timely printing, verification, allocation and distribution of Kanban documentation to enable uninterrupted Just-in-Time (JIT) material supply to the customer, while maintaining consumable stock controls, resolving operational issues proactively and ensuring continuity of production through adherence to established Kanban processes and service standards.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATION\nMatric / Grade 12\n1-3 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment Exposure to Kanban-controlled or Just-in-Time manufacturing environments (preferred)\nExperience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications (advantageous)\nRequired profile :\nEssential duties and responsibilities\nReceive Kanban schedules and special orders via email\nVerify incoming orders.\nPrint Kanban journals, Kanban cards and checklists in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nPrioritise work according to production schedules and customer requirements.\nMatch Kanban cards to the correct Kanban journal.\nComplete and sign checklists.\nOrganise documentation into the correct pigeonhole slots by trip.\nRoute special orders to the Office Administrator for immediate picking.\nMaintain the continuous flow of Kanban documentation to support scheduled picking every production cycle.\nPrioritise urgent customer requests.\nFollow Kanban procedures and standard operating processes consistently.\nMaintain accurate records, ensuring disciplined attention to detail\nEnsure documentation is complete and auditable.\nEscalate issues promptly to IT and management to ensure no production delays.\nConduct daily stock counts of Kanban printing consumables and accurately record inventory levels.\nApply kaizen mindset to identify opportunities for business improvement.\nParticipate in projects as required.\nCOMPETENCIES\nKeen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and reporting.\nFollows standard operating
