While contributing too and promoting a safety-first culture.\nProfile\nTo perform this job successfully, the appointed individual must be able to perform each essential duty / key performance areas satisfactorily. This list of key performance areas a summary of critical outcomes and is not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time:\nSustainability reporting to National office.\nContractor control - safety compliance and access to site.\nDraw up and manage an effective PPE issue register, ordering of specialized PPE as requested.\nDrawing up requisitions and doing sundry purchases as may be needed by the department.\nOrdering of pre-printed stationary for security as needed.\nIOD reporting and follow up with WCA on progress of claims.\nDraw up and manage effective surveillance programmes as required as per the OSHACT e.g., noise, lux levels, medical etc.\nCollate, arrange, record and report on training as per OSHACT requirements - e.g., fire-fighting training, first aid training, etc.\nControl of yearly load testing of lifting equipment and keeping track thereof.\nManaging of recycle centre and waste.\nMonthly / weekly inspections as required by the OSHACT regulations.\nAttending technician meetings for SHEQ purposes (toolbox talks) and keeping record thereof.\nCollate, arrange, record and report on OSHACT activities and meetings.\nResponsible for all administrative work related to SHEQ offices.\n· Daily monitoring and weekly reports of Online Systems - Compsol and Rapid Global.\nOverall responsibility to provide scheduled and ad-hoc analysis reports as might be requested by SHEQ Manager in line with ISO9001,14001 and 45001.\nManage an effective SHEQ filing system in line with ISO9001,14001 and 45001 requirements.\nDrive customer service excellence (build and develop strong, loyal relationships with internal and external customers, foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out;
