position is to provide an accurate and reliable administrative support function to the Branch Rental team, to implement and uphold actions in line with the company strategic objectives, to add maximum value to the efficiency of the Rental department in order to ensure the department reaches set targets in line with operational requirements.\nKey Performance Areas:\n(Essential Duties & Responsibilities)\nAssuring profitability on STR Fleet is in line with budget\nMonitoring maintenance provision on STR Fleet\nReconcile asset register and stock take\nControl fleet utilization and internal hire accounts\nManage I-Mt, service overdue, WP and CSI reports\nEnsure TLLP and ASEC Compliance\nArrange Sundry Orders and Petty Cash\nPrepare and submit daily AD/Hoc reports to Rental Manager\nDe-Fleeting and Refinancing of STR Equipment for the Gauteng Region\nGeneral correspondence with customer as required (both verbal and written)\nHandling internal and external customer queries\nPreparing invoice and credit note requests\nCapture leave and annual leave enhancement for drivers and submit timeously to payroll for processing\nPerforming any other duties that may be required for the efficient operation of the departments\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills Education Training and Experience Requirement(s):\nExperience working on the Kerridge system\nAdvanced / Expert Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position\nDetermination, assertiveness, and excellent people skills\nAbility to work under pressure and within a team\nApplicant should require little supervision and be able to supervise others\nApplicant should be proactive, hardworking and have good planning skills\nSomeone with a strong customer
