You will lead a team, optimize inventory, and maintain strict health and safety standards, good customer relations and ensure a safe working environment.\nMinimum Requirement:\nRelevant Diploma or Degree (in Logistics / Supply / Chain / Operations)\n3 to 5 Years relevant warehouse / logistics experience\nRelevant Supervisory experience with exposure to team leadership\nKnowledge of Health and Safety/ ISO System\nValid Driver’s Licence\nComputer Literacy (MS office)\nSAP knowledge and ability to use the system\nQuality management\nStock Management and control\nForklift licence (an advantage)\nPeople Management Skills\nLegal and regulatory requirements (OHSA, ISO 14001 / 45001)\nRequired profile :\nEssential duties and responsibilities:\nConduct morning meetings, allocate the team and report daily\nManage daily operations and functions of the PSC team\nCoordinate, plan and organize the workload with all Team Members to achieve daily targets\nMaintain stock holding accuracy, including FIFO control\nManage accuracy of stock received, stored, and delivered to customers.\nEffective and timeous communication on all PSC related matters\nManage overtime to meet TTAF / customer requirements (preauthorization / cost control)\nManage non-conformance, complete countermeasure / corrective action\nManage standard operating procedure (SOP), adherence and review quarterly\nManage stock take preparation / participation -accountability for losses\nEnsure housekeeping is done daily by all PSC team\nManage kaizens and near misses’ submissions, to ensure continuous improvement\nReport any irregularities to ensure safety and quality\nSAP process Management\nTarget driven to ensure interim bins are cleared at the end of each shift\nEffective utilization
