MS Office\n2-3 years specific Release Experience\nRequired profile :\nEssential duties and responsibilities:\nOn time & Accurate Release Process - from release to delivery with zero additional costs\nUpdating of daily Container list\nUpdating of daily Tracking Register\nUpdating and liaising with warehouse and transporters for a daily container breakdown\nRequesting of charges - Release, overstay, stops & any adhoc charges required\nProcessing daily payments with correct customer allocations within cut-off times\nWeekly Finance splits for consolidated shipments\nAccounts Management - Forwarders & Shipping lines - Ensure zero overdue creditors\nCustomer updates & tracking - after hour & weekend support when required\nAccurate Cartage Instructions\nRequest & plan any special requirements for delivery / delivery addresses\nPOP to Forwarders & Shipping lines for collection of DRO’s & Release Letters within cut-off times\nRequest for original bills of lading\nSetting up release documents with proof of payments -
