This Role:

As a Software Developer, you do not merely get to design and build functional software programs. Supporting our clients as an expert in what we do, you will gain insights to various business work processes across a wide range of industries. Each project that you work on enables you to broaden your perspective through intense engagement with different stakeholders and business users to understand the work processes, in-depth analysis, and identification of feasible work process improvement through automation. You will have the opportunity to learn new automation technologies and tools such as RPA. You should be proficient in C# and have the passion for process automation to maximize the gains of this opening. As a successful candidate for this role, you would see yourself making key contributions towards building effective and scalable solutions for our satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders in identifying business requirements for automation
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes/scripts
• Test, troubleshoot, redesign codes/scripts
• Create and maintain project/technical documentations
• Fulfil any other duties diligently as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of programming or software development experience
• Proficient in C#, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good programming, designing, coding, testing and debugging skills
• Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with customer centric mindset
