Objective: The Operations Clerk provides technical and operational support. This position assists with maintaining accurate operational procedures, supporting ongoing data cleanup and system maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Classification: This position is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position who reports to the Operations Systems & Process Administrator.
Location: Main Branch in downtown Kokomo, IN

- Monitor and complete assigned tasks and assist with follow-up activities to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creation, updates, and review.
- Assist with gathering documentation and supporting materials for internal audits, external audits, FDIC examinations, and other regulatory reviews.
- Organize, compile, and maintain requested records and documentation.
- Support ongoing data cleanup, system maintenance, and operational administration activities.
- Projects assigned by the Operations Systems & Process Administrator.

Education/Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Banking experience preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new banking systems and software applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
