Whilst you'll work closely with technical specialists, this role is focused on project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, organisation and decision-making rather than hands-on technical cybersecurity.\nYou will become the central point of coordination during an incident, ensuring the right people are engaged, actions are progressing, stakeholders are informed, and clients receive an exceptional experience during what is often a challenging and stressful time.\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, professional confidence, excellent communication abilities and the judgement to assess information, make decisions and back themselves.\nKey Responsibilities\nManaging cyber incidents from triage through to resolution.\nActing as the primary point of contact for clients during an incident.\nCoordinating technical specialists, investigators and support teams to ensure actions are completed.\nLeading incident calls and stakeholder meetings.\nManaging action plans, timelines, priorities and deliverables.\nProviding regular updates to clients, insurers, legal counsel and internal stakeholders.\nTranslating technical information into clear business-focused communication.\nWorking closely with executives and senior leaders to support decision making.\nMaintaining incident records, reports and documentation.\nSupporting lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.\nBuilding trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.\nIdentifying risks, issues and opportunities for improvement throughout the incident lifecycle.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.\nConfidence speaking with people at all levels, including CEOs, CFOs, General Managers, IT Managers and business owners.\nStrong decision-making skills and the confidence to make recommendations and stand behind them.\nStrong project coordination or project management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational capability.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.\nStrong written communication and report-writing skills.\nProfessional judgement and problem-solving ability.\nCommitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nHighly Regarded\nExperience in incident management, project management, operations, client service, consulting or professional services environments.\nExperience coordinating complex projects or stakeholder groups.\nCybersecurity knowledge is beneficial but not required.\nExperience working in insurance, legal, technology or risk-related industries.\nCore Values\nLove what you do:\nWe show up each day ready to take on the world.
