You’ll have access to meaningful professional growth opportunities, exposure to diverse risks and brokers, and the chance to strengthen your industry presence through events and networking.\nOur culture emphasises continuous improvement, teamwork, and a supportive environment that empowers you to succeed and progress in your underwriting career.\n\nResponsibilities Include:\nProviding onsite, walk-up and remote IT support across CFC Australia and GSS \nManaging incidents and service requests through to resolution \nSupporting employee onboarding, offboarding, account administration and device deployment \nAdministering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA and endpoint technologies \nTroubleshooting devices, applications, networks, VPNs and meeting room technology \nSupporting local infrastructure and escalating complex issues to global teams \nMaintaining IT assets, documentation and operational procedures \nSupporting technology projects, change activities and service improvements \nAbout You:\nExperience in desktop support, End User Technology, infrastructure support or a similar role \nHands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint technologies \nStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Teams and networking \nKnowledge of Cisco, Meraki, Cato or similar technologies \nExperience working within ITIL-based service management processes \nStrong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills \nAbility to work independently while collaborating with global teams\nWhy you'll love working at CFC:\nWe are proud winners of Top Insurance Employers 2022, 2023 and 2024 and 5-Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion awards (Insurance Business Australia).
