support our Microsoft Azure infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, monitoring and identity integrations.\nTake ownership of infrastructure incidents, problems and service requests across cloud and hybrid environments, seeing them through to resolution.\nMonitor availability, capacity, performance and security, spotting potential risks early and implementing sustainable improvements.\nDeliver infrastructure changes, upgrades, patching and lifecycle activities in line with change management and operational controls.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues across Azure, Windows Server, storage, backup, DNS, routing, VPNs and firewalls.\nSupport backup, disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements, helping ensure critical services are recoverable and regularly validated.\nPartner with Technology, Information Security and engineering colleagues to automate, standardise and document secure, scalable infrastructure services.\nProvide desktop support to the Austin team during planned holidays and periods of sickness.\nAbout you\nYou’ll bring substantial hands-on experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration or infrastructure engineering within a complex organisation, alongside experience supporting business-critical services.\nYou’ll be confident working across Azure and hybrid environments and comfortable taking ownership when high-impact infrastructure incidents arise.\nTechnically, you’ll bring:\nStrong Microsoft Azure knowledge across virtual machines, storage, virtual networking, monitoring and Entra ID integrations.\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, enterprise storage and backup.\nA solid grounding in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls and routing.\nWorking knowledge of infrastructure security, access management, audit evidence, change control and incident management.\nA disciplined approach to risk, documentation and operational controls, with the judgement to escalate when needed.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience with PowerShell or infrastructure automation would be a bonus, rather than
