We’re much more interested in your willingness to learn, your approach to your work and your ability to stay organised.\nOur Transaction Liability team works on risks connected to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) around the world. This includes Representation & Warranty (R&W), also known as Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), as well as contingent liability and tax insurance. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about this specialist area while developing valuable operational and business skills.\n\nAbout the role\nYou’ll work alongside the Operations Coordinator and wider team, with responsibilities including but not limited to:\nAccurately entering new transactions and information into our underwriting system, making sure records are complete and up to date.\nSupporting the billing process by completing transaction checklists and helping ensure the right information is recorded.\nKeeping track of outstanding payments and working with colleagues to follow up on anything that needs attention.\nWorking with our Finance team and legal counsel to help track legal fees and ensure invoices are recorded and processed correctly.\nSupporting the closing process by making sure files are complete, organised and ready for review.\nProviding day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider Transaction Liability team.\nGetting involved in other tasks and projects as you build your knowledge and experience.\nAbout you\nThis is an entry-level opportunity, so you don’t need to have worked in insurance before.
