This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen the financial insight, planning discipline, systems and capabilities required for a high-growth international organisation to navigate transition and thrive beyond it.\nAbout the role\nYou’ll own and continually improve our Group budgeting, rolling outlook and long-term planning processes, while delivering high-quality reporting for ExCo, the Board and investors. You’ll also strengthen scenario modelling across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, helping senior stakeholders make better-informed decisions.\n\nA major part of the role will be looking at how we can do things differently.
