The RBT will collect clinical data on programs and assist the BCBA and/or BCaBA with tracking progress and clinical preference assessments as needed, directly.\nRBT Duties/Responsibilities:\nImplement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as needed\nObserve and collect data on the child's behavior\nTeach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan\nAttend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\nMaintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries\nPosition Requirements:\nAlready have a RBT credential with the BACBBe at least 18 years of age. \nHave graduated from high school or earned a high school equivalency degree, with Bachelor's degree preferred.\n\nClean background check\nHigh levels of professionalism including no insubordination on the job or off the job\nThis position requires travel time for training and reliable transportation to and from work sites. \nSitting and/or standing, keyboarding, reading, grasping, mousing, handwriting for 8.0+ hours per day are position requirements\nMust be able to lift 40lbs, run, kneel, stand, play and more\nThis position handles confidential client information and must adhere to HIPAA laws and company policies for privacy.\nCompletion of the initial company required training and yearly training requirements. \nAdhere to all company policies regarding time off, cancellations, communication, etc.\nPay Range:\n$20.50-$26.99/hour depending on years of experience.\nTo view CFCI's Non Discrimination Policy, please click here.
