This position works under the close supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA and plays a key role in supporting client progress through consistent implementation of individualized treatment plans.\nAs an RBT, you will work directly with children using evidence-based ABA techniques and positive reinforcement to build communication, social, play, daily living, and pre-academic skills.\nRBT Position Summary:\nThe RBT will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to clients with Autism and other related developmental disabilities in the home, clinic, community, and/or school settings. The RBT will collect clinical data on programs and assist the BCBA and/or BCaBA with tracking progress and clinical preference assessments as needed, directly.\nRBT Duties/Responsibilities:\nImplement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as needed\nObserve and collect data on the child's behavior\nTeach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment plan\nAttend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\nMaintain clear lines of communication and professional boundaries\nPosition Requirements:\nActive RBT certification (if not RBT certified, see our Behavior Technician posting)\nAt least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in play (running, kneeling, crawling, standing)\nAdherence to RBT Ethics Code and company policies\nClean background check and positive professional references\nPatience, energy, and genuine interest in working with children\nFlexible with scheduling and program needs, able to work independently and collaboratively\nCommitment to long-term role and organizational mission\nCoachable, reliable, professional, and growth mindset\nPay Range:$20.50-$26.99 per hour, based on years of experience as an RBT.\n*Hiring Bonus: $250 hiring bonus paid at the time of hire.
