In this role, you will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery.\nThe successful candidate will have 3+ years experience and/or knowledge in Ada programming, along with experience in Containerization. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require Final Secret government security clearance prior to starting. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nBasic Qualifications:\nThree or more years of experience with Ada programming\nThree or more years of experience in development and/or hands-on technical troubleshooting support of container-based microservices architectures\nExperience troubleshooting skills for tough technical challenges\nStandard teaming: Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Aerospace Engineering or other related degree program from an accredited college/university\nActive/Final Secret Clearance\nDesired Qualifications:\nThree or more years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in DevSecOps\nExperience with one or more of the following: Angular, Docker/Podman, GitFlow, Gitlab, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jira, Node.js, Keycloak, Kubernetes, Linters, SonarQube, Trivy, ReactJS and other JS based frameworks experience\nKnowledge of Agile Software Development\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nKnowledge of Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE)\nPrevious experience writing and designing to software requirements\nLocation: This role is based in the Huntsville, AL area, and is 100% onsite.\nCandidate must be a US Citizen and possess an Active secret security clearance.\nBenefits: CFD Research offers competitive salaries and excellent employee benefits, including an employer matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
