Future Microelectronics & Optics Opportunities\nCFD Research is looking for students for future internships and full-time roles upon graduation to join our Energy Storage & Electronics and Optics teams. The Energy Storage team focuses on designing and testing custom electronics systems for both commercial and Department of War (DoW) applications. The Optics team specializes in developing advanced optical concepts from research into field-ready systems for defense, space, and commercial applications. As positions become available, students that have aligned experience and have applied to this role will be considered.\nThis posting is for S.C.A.L.E. members and participants only at this time.\nInformation Regarding our Internship Program:\nInterns in this program will support research in their area of study and/or interest ranging from Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, and more. The program runs 8-10 weeks over the summer and has flexible start and finish dates based on candidate's availability (typically mid-May to August). Each CFD Research Internship has both a mentor and technical manager to help guide them on their research project over the summer.
