This role is designed as a cross-trained resource within the Client Service Team, capable of flexing across multiple functions as business needs dictate. Rather than owning a single function, this individual will build working proficiency across the full investor lifecycle and be deployed where coverage is needed most, potentially on short notice.\nThe individual will primarily work within the Salesforce platform, alongside supporting client systems and document repositories, to deliver high-level, fast-paced investor service support. The role requires close collaboration with individuals at all levels and across a variety of teams at the client.\nThe position requires strong listening comprehension and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize across concurrent workstreams.\nThe duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive, and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time, with or without notice, by CFGI in its sole discretion.\nResponsibilities Include:\nInvestor Onboarding\nCoordinate with various client stakeholders to enter new investor data into Salesforce while maintaining records and trackers and uploading documents to the system of record.\nReview investor documents from the online database and shared inbox for completeness, then enter key data from subscription documents and side letters into Salesforce, ensuring accuracy through Manager-level approval.\nInvestor Document Posting\nUpload investor reporting and notices to the investor website.\nGenerate investor contact reports in Salesforce to identify the relevant population, then draft investor communications, coordinate Fund Management review, and send upon approval.\nCorrespond with client stakeholders on document timing, errors, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.\nWork with internal support teams to troubleshoot document-posting errors.\nInvestor Request Queue Coordination & Management\nSupport the centralized investor request queue in Salesforce, including research and completion of requests.\nCollaborate with client teams to resolve inquiries, following escalation procedures as needed.\nManage client and investor expectations through high-touch, personalized communication, ensuring quality and consistency on assigned requests.\nMaintain flexibility around work schedules and monitor emails outside of normal working hours based on client needs.\nInvestor Contact Management\nUpdate investor contact information, manage reporting website access, and respond to investor requests.\nManage the Salesforce contact changes distribution list and coordinate updates as needed.\nWhat You Must Have\n1-3 years of experience.\nWhat Sets You Apart\nClient service experience, including experience managing elevated client or stakeholder expectations.\nExperience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or teams to execute requests, resolve issues, or complete defined processes.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects, requests, or workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.\nExperience reviewing documents, records, or data for completeness and accuracy and maintaining information within structured systems or trackers.\nExperience communicating directly with clients, customers, investors, or other external stakeholders.\nNice to Have\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, or another CRM, workflow, or document-management system.\nIntermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExposure to financial services, asset management, private equity, fund administration, investor services, or similar financial operations.\nExperience supporting investor onboarding, investor reporting, investor communications,
