helping us continue building a world-class PMO Services practice.\nWhat you might expect:\nLead complex client transformation programs from strategy through successful implementation.\nBuild and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams, organizations, vendors, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, governance structures, and business outcomes.\nOrchestrate multiple concurrent workstreams while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and executive decision-making.\nPartner with senior client leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.\nEstablish effective program governance and create visibility into decisions, risks, dependencies, progress, and next steps.\nIntegrate organizational change considerations into program delivery to support adoption and sustainable outcomes.\nInfluence stakeholders across levels and functions without relying on formal authority.\nDevelop executive-ready presentations, steering committee materials, governance artifacts, and program communications that enable informed decision-making.\nCollaborate across CFGI practices to deliver integrated solutions for clients.\nStrengthen CFGI’s PMO methodologies, templates, and delivery practices by sharing lessons learned and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nMentor project and program management professionals and contribute to execution excellence across the practice.\nSupport business development efforts by helping shape solutions, client conversations, and transformation approaches.\nWhat you must have:\n10-12+ years of experience leading business or technology projects and programs in consulting or enterprise environments.\nSeveral years of experience personally leading complex transformation programs from strategy through successful implementation.\nWhat sets you apart:\nDemonstrated experience orchestrating multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-functional and executive-level dependencies.\nExperience building integrated program plans that connect workstreams, people, priorities, governance, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.\nExperience partnering with senior executives and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable transformation plans.\nExperience influencing stakeholders across functions and levels and driving alignment without relying on formal authority.\nExperience establishing and managing program governance, executive decision-making processes, risks, issues, and dependencies across complex initiatives.\nExperience integrating organizational change management considerations into transformation delivery.\nExperience developing executive presentations, steering committee materials, governance artifacts, and program communications for senior leadership.\nExperience identifying complex delivery challenges, challenging assumptions, and proactively resolving issues before they affect program outcomes.\nExperience contributing to program management methodologies, delivery standards, or practice improvement initiatives.\nNice to have:\nConsulting experience delivering transformation programs across multiple clients or industries.\nExperience supporting business development, solution development, or transformation scoping activities.\nExperience mentoring project managers, program managers, or other delivery professionals.\nExperience leading programs involving multiple third-party vendors or implementation partners.\nPMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or
