across CFGI's private equity clients and portfolio companies.\nDevelop value creation playbooks and operational improvement frameworks.\nIdentify and prioritize EBITDA enhancement opportunities across operations, finance, commercial, and corporate functions.\nEstablish governance, initiative tracking, and performance management processes.\nDrive accountability across initiative owners and business leaders.\nOversee value capture tracking, benefits realization, and financial performance reporting.\nDevelop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and board-ready materials.\nFacilitate executive operating reviews and steering committee meetings.\nSupport business development, proposal development, and practice-building activities.\nMentor junior team members and establish best-practice operating processes.\nWhat you must have:\n6-10 years of total professional experience in management consulting, value creation, strategic finance, operational improvement, private equity portfolio company operations, or related fields.\nAt least one of the following:3-5 years of experience at MBB: McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, with progression to a Manager-level position, such as Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Manager, or equivalent, with approximately 1-2 years of experience at that level.\n3-5 years of operating experience within a private equity-backed portfolio company.\n\nWhat sets you apart:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management experience.\nStrong financial and analytical capabilities.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.\nNice to have:\nMBA or other advanced degree preferred.\nExperience working with private equity funds and portfolio companies preferred.\nExperience leading operational improvement, cost optimization, or EBITDA enhancement initiatives preferred.\nExperience presenting to executive leadership teams, boards, or
