Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nExperience developing data pipelines, ETL processes, and enterprise data integration solutions.\nProficiency in SQL and programming or scripting used to ingest, transform, and validate data.\nExperience with data modeling, warehouses or lakes, and analytical query development.\nAbility to implement data quality checks, metadata practices, and traceable source-to-target mappings.\nExperience developing or integrating APIs and troubleshooting data-sharing interfaces.\nExperience with automated deployment, source control, configuration management, and testing.\nUnderstanding of data governance, access controls, and secure handling of mission information.\nAbility to monitor pipeline performance, resolve failures, and maintain clear technical documentation\n Duties:Gather and analyze approved data requirements, source characteristics, integration dependencies, and reporting needs with Government stakeholders.\nAssess existing infrastructure and data sources; maintain inventories and identify capability, accessibility, and data quality gaps.\nDesign and implement Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes, data structures, and integration workflows under approved business intelligence architecture.\nBuild, configure, and maintain data warehouse and data lake capabilities in accordance with Government-approved designs and data models.\nDevelop repeatable ingestion and transformation pipelines to clean, standardize, validate, and prepare data from approved sources.\nImplement data quality monitoring and remediation processes; investigate incomplete, inconsistent, duplicate, or invalid data and report corrective actions.\nImplement and maintain data tagging and metadata management in accordance with approved standards; document source mappings and transformation lineage.\nDevelop, document, test, and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and data-sharing interfaces under approved requirements and interagency agreements.\nOptimize authorized data exchange processes and analytical queries; coordinate interoperability and interface changes with mission partners and technical teams.\nDevelop queries and datasets supporting reports, interactive dashboards, and Government-approved KPIs, including permitted fusion of external agency data.\nPrepare approved training datasets and support data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering in collaboration with data scientists.\nImplement data security and access controls through DevSecOps practices consistent with approved system security plans and authorization boundaries.\nUse automated pipelines, version control, and configuration management for data platform changes; test before Government review and authorized production deployment.\nMonitor pipeline and business intelligence environment health and performance; investigate failures, maintain alerts, and provide operational status reports.\nMaintain technical designs, data dictionaries, interface specifications, procedures, and as-built documentation;
