Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nExperience in software quality assurance and testing of enterprise applications or services.\nAbility to interpret requirements, develop test plans, and maintain test coverage and traceability.\nExperience with functional, integration, regression, system, and API testing.\nExperience documenting defects, supporting triage, verifying fixes, and analyzing quality trends.\nWorking knowledge of software development lifecycles, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.\nUnderstanding of configuration control, authorized test data, and repeatable test environments.\nAbility to assess software deliverables and prepare clear test results and release readiness evidence.\nStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skills for coordinating technical teams\n Duties:Review requirements, designs, interfaces, and acceptance criteria for clarity, completeness, consistency, and testability; document gaps for resolution.\nDevelop and maintain software quality procedures, test plans, test cases, expected results, and requirements-to-test traceability.\nPlan and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing for assigned applications and services.\nTest Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), data exchanges, and integrations against Government-approved requirements and applicable interagency agreements.\nValidate application workflows, data integrity, error handling, and configurations across approved on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.\nCoordinate authorized test data and representative test environments with development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.\nSupport automated testing and CI/CD quality checks; review execution results and identify coverage gaps or unreliable tests.\nRecord reproducible defects with supporting evidence, assess severity and mission impact, and coordinate triage and resolution with developers.\nVerify fixes, perform regression testing, and track unresolved defects and residual risks for release readiness reviews.\nCoordinate security testing, vulnerability remediation verification, and validation of Government-specified pipeline controls with cybersecurity personnel.\nMaintain versioned test artifacts and auditable records linking requirements, tests, results, defects, configuration changes, and releases.\nReview software deliverables and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to approved requirements and quality procedures.\nPrepare test reports, quality metrics, defect summaries, and release recommendations;
