Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nExperience developing and maintaining automated tests for enterprise applications or services.\nProficiency in scripting or programming applicable to the assigned test automation environment.\nExperience with functional, integration, regression, and API testing and repeatable test execution.\nAbility to integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and manage versioned test artifacts.\nAbility to interpret requirements, define expected results, and maintain requirements-to-test traceability.\nExperience investigating failures, documenting defects, verifying fixes, and evaluating test coverage.\nUnderstanding of secure software delivery, configuration control, authorized test data, and environment management.\n Duties:Analyze approved requirements, technical designs, and acceptance criteria to define test scenarios, expected results, and automation priorities.\nDevelop and maintain automated functional, integration, regression, and smoke tests for assigned applications and services.\nCreate reusable test scripts, libraries, and execution workflows using approved tools and languages.\nIntegrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and provide results supporting release readiness decisions.\nDevelop and execute tests for Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), data-sharing interfaces, and approved cloud/on-premises integrations.\nValidate data exchange, error handling, and application behavior under approved interface requirements and applicable interagency agreements.\nCoordinate repeatable test environments and authorized test data with developers, administrators, and cybersecurity teams; maintain alignment with approved configurations.\nTrack test artifacts and configurations in version control and approved repositories; coordinate Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code support where applicable.\nExecute tests, investigate failures, document reproducible defects, and coordinate triage with development teams. Retest fixes and assess regression impacts.\nMaintain lifecycle traceability among requirements, test cases, results, defects, changes, and releases.\nSupport automated cybersecurity controls and pipeline guardrails; coordinate vulnerability scanning and remediation verification with cybersecurity personnel.\nValidate application configurations and deployment changes against approved baselines; support testing before Government review and authorized production deployment.\nPrepare test plans, procedures, execution reports, defect summaries, and release evidence.
