examiner correspondence for accuracy and completeness\n Ensure field adjuster work product complies with CFP Independent Adjuster guidelines\n Review reserves and provide reserve recommendations\n Communicate with examiners and others to secure missing information\n Assist with negotiating difficult settlements and ensure settlements reflect insured losses\n Evaluate, coach, and lead assigned examiners\n Confer with Claims management and/or legal counsel on legal issues or litigation\n Document claims activity clearly and concisely\n Examine questionable claims and determine payment authorization\n Conduct daily diary reviews to ensure timely status letters\n Review and approve claims within designated authority\n Verify and analyze data used in settling claims\n Lead and participate in special projects improving department quality, efficiency, and customer service\nRequirements:\n Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred\n Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills\n 2 years of property claims supervisory experience preferred\n Experience managing and settling dwelling or homeowners property losses\n Experience with claims litigation, appraisal, and mediation\n Working experience with MS-Office (especially Word and Excel) is
