This role combines business analysis, process improvement, solution design, hands-on automation development, data analysis, and production support to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, controls, and the employee experience.\nThe ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating discovery sessions with business stakeholders, documenting business and technical requirements, redesigning processes, and developing automation solutions using workflow, robotic process automation, database, reporting, and related technologies.\nThis is a hands-on role that will personally design, configure, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support automation solutions. The successful candidate will work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the complete solution lifecycle-from opportunity identification and process discovery through implementation, adoption, measurement, and ongoing support.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis and Process Improvement\nPartner with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical subject matter experts to identify process improvement and automation opportunities across the organization.\nFacilitate process discovery, requirements-gathering, and solution-design sessions involving multiple teams or functional areas.\nAnalyze complex business processes and challenge existing practices to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, improved controls, and automation.\nDocument current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, functional requirements, workflow diagrams, decision logic, exception paths, and user acceptance criteria.\nRecommend process improvements before automation to avoid automating unnecessary, unstable, or inefficient activities.\nAssess and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value, process stability, transaction volume, complexity, risk, implementation effort, and expected return on investment.\nTranslate business requirements into practical, maintainable technical solutions.\nSolution Design and Automation Development\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain workflow and robotic process automation solutions using Nintex Workflow and Nintex RPA.\nDevelop workflows, forms, bots, business rules, data transformations, notifications, approvals, exception handling, and reporting capabilities.\nDesign automation architecture and logic that address business requirements, security needs, system limitations, operational risks, and supportability.\nIntegrate automation solutions with the company’s IBM i-based ERP, SQL Server, Snowflake, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications.\nUse SQL to retrieve, validate, analyze, reconcile, and transform enterprise data used by automation and reporting solutions.\nDevelop reusable workflows, automation components, templates, and common design patterns to improve delivery speed, consistency, scalability, and maintainability.\nEvaluate opportunities to use APIs, database integrations, native application connections, and workflow capabilities instead of relying exclusively on user-interface automation.\nCreate Power BI dashboards and operational reports that provide actionable business insights and measure automation performance and outcomes.\nTesting, Deployment, and Support\nDevelop test plans, test cases, test data, and expected results for automation solutions.\nCoordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, and post-production validation.\nTroubleshoot automation failures, data issues, integration errors, and performance problems.\nDesign appropriate exception handling, notifications, logging, audit trails, and recovery procedures.\nMonitor production automations and implement corrections and continuous improvements.\nDevelop and maintain solution documentation, operating procedures, support instructions, and business continuity plans.\nFollow established security, access, credential-management, change-management, deployment, and documentation standards.\nParticipate in solution reviews and ensure that automations are supportable, controlled, and appropriate for production use.\nProject and Stakeholder Management\nManage assigned automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and ongoing support.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and status updates.\nCommunicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management regarding requirements, priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.\nManage changes to requirements and project scope using appropriate governance and approval processes.\nSupport user training, communications, adoption, and change-management activities.\nMeasure and communicate solution results, including time saved, error reduction, process-cycle-time improvement, adoption, reliability, and other business benefits.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\nFive or more years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, process improvement, solution delivery, or related disciplines.\nThree or more years of hands-on experience developing workflow automation, robotic process automation, or comparable business process automation solutions.\nExperience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production automation solutions.\nStrong SQL development, data analysis, and data-validation skills.\nExperience working with relational databases and enterprise data sources.\nExperience analyzing complex business processes and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.\nExperience documenting process maps, business rules, workflow diagrams, functional requirements, test cases, and user acceptance criteria.\nDemonstrated ability to facilitate discovery and requirements sessions with stakeholders from multiple business functions.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and stakeholders with limited supervision.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders toward process standardization, automation, controls, and continuous improvement.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Nintex Workflow, formerly Nintex Workflow Cloud, and Nintex RPA.\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.\nExperience creating semantic models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.\nExperience working with an IBM i ERP environment, formerly known as AS/400 or iSeries.\nExperience integrating automation solutions with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.\nTechnology Environment\nNintex Workflow, formerly Nintex Workflow Cloud\nNintex RPA\nMicrosoft SQL Server\nSnowflake\nMicrosoft
