If you have a passion for data engineering and innovation, we encourage you to apply!\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL/ELT) data from multiple sources into a Snowflake data warehouse using Matillion Data Productivity Cloud.\nOptimize database performance and ensure efficient data storage, indexing, and retrieval.\nCollaborate with business units to understand data requirements and implement solutions that support analytics and reporting initiatives.\nEnsure data integrity, quality, and security through best practices in data governance and management.\nSupport the implementation of data models that enable effective business intelligence and reporting.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for data processes and pipelines.\nMonitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring reliability and accuracy of data workflows.\nStay current with emerging data technologies and recommend best-fit solutions for evolving business needs.\nSupport integration efforts between structured and unstructured data sources.\nDevelop scripts, programs, and queries with Python, SQL, and PowerShell.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.\n3-5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or ELT development.\nExperience with Snowflake as a data warehouse solution.\nExperience with Matillion as an ELT platform.\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries and optimizing query performance.\nFamiliarity with data modeling techniques and best practices.\nKnowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation and data transformation tasks.\nExperience acquiring data from REST and Graph APIs.\nFamiliarity and use of LLMs in Snowflake Cortex to create AI-powered insights or drive business decisions is desirable.\nKnowledge of Azure cloud architecture, storage, IAM, and best practices are highly desirable.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nStrong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ELT principles.\nHands-on experience with SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.\nFamiliarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus but not required.\nAbility to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience implementing data governance and data quality best practices.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong knowledge of APIs and data streaming is preferred.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is desirable.\nTravel Requirements:\nMinimal travel is expected, 5% or less, for training or key project initiatives.\nCFS Brands :\nLocated in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, CFS BRANDS is a market-leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial foodservice, healthcare, and industrial janitorial and sanitation products.
