This role oversees receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and employee performance while helping establish processes, procedures, and best practices that support growth, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in an evolving environment, drives accountability, and continuously improves operational performance.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise daily distribution center activities including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.\nEnsure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.\nMonitor workflow and labor allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.\nIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks and process issues.\nAssist with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nSchedule staffing levels based on operational demands.\nAddress employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.\nInvestigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures in partnership with the Safety Manager.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nPrior experience in warehouse packing or logistics operations\nPrevious lead or supervisory experience leading teams of 20 or more hourly associates\nStrong safety mindset with proven experience enforcing safety protocols in receiving or warehouse operations.\nTier One WMS experience required; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.\nExperience in automated, fast-paced facilities. \nSkills:\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus\nMathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations\nGood communication skills\nAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly\nStrong organization and accuracy capabilities\nDetail-oriented, and professional\nAbout CFS Brands:\nHeadquarters located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, CFS BRANDS is a market-leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial foodservice, healthcare, and industrial hygiene products.\nCFS Brands is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce.
