This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who enjoys solving problems, collaborating across departments, and making a measurable impact in a manufacturing environment.\nPosition Type: Full-time, Exempt\nKnowledge, Experience, Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience required\nExtensive experience in manufacturing quality with strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and processes\nDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities effectively\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions\nSelf-directed with a strong focus on quality, consumer protection, and continuous improvement\nAbility to develop, analyze, and present clear, data-driven insights\nStrong ability to read part drawings and utilize measurement tools\nAdvanced ability to interpret technical documentation, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements\nProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced)\nDeep working knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (SPC, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, process mapping, root cause analysis)\nEssential Functions | Accountabilities | Performance Measures\nDrive execution of quality-related initiatives and project work plans\nDevelop, analyze, and communicate process metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities\nLead or contribute significantly to KAIZEN events, 8D problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts\nProvide technical guidance and support on quality tools, systems, and best practices\nServe as a key partner in cross-functional efforts to address product and process quality issues\nEnsure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards and regulations\nConduct in-depth analysis of defects and process variation;
