This role ensures customer-specific requirements are delivered with accuracy, efficiency, and quality, while maintaining a reliable supply to support high levels of customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan and manage work orders to ensure sufficient inventory and capacity are available to meet customer demand while maintaining target service levels and inventory turns \nProactively identify and mitigate supply risks, implementing corrective actions and clearly communicating impacts when constraints arise \nExecute and validate MRP outputs, ensuring decisions are aligned with demand, supply, and planning parameters \nMaintain and improve data integrity within the MRP system, including lead times, safety stock, and order policies \nPartner with Buyers to address supply shortages and align on expected resolution timelines \nWork closely with Customer Service to prioritize demand and respond to changing customer requirements \nCollaborate with Distribution Centers to ensure efficient and accurate execution of value-added processes \nMonitor and drive key performance metrics including service levels, backorders, and inventory performance \nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in planning processes, execution, and inventory positioning \n\n Education & Experience Required:\nBachelor's degree (B.
