This role is hands-on and highly tactical, requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The Coordinator will work closely with logistics, carriers, manufacturing plants and warehouse leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient receipt of goods and inventory levels across multiple sites.\nThe ideal candidate has demonstrated expertise in order picking, inventory management, parcel processing, and workstation flow, with prior experience in a Lead-level role. This position influences team performance without direct supervisory authority and requires consistent interaction with site leadership and periodic communication with corporate teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReceiving, Transportation & Documentation\nScanning Bill of Ladings\nInbound Dock Scheduling \nMonitor inventory levels and plan daily transfers multiple times daily.\nMonitor receiving progress and correct as needed\nCommunicate with LTL/OTR carriers\nUtilize AS400 as our WMS\nWarehouse Operations\nPerform general warehouse tasks including receiving, cycle counts, parcel packing, workstation setup, and housekeeping\nSupport workflow management on the floor, including preparation for huddles, daily planning, and coordination with Supervisors\nAssist with training team members on standard work, packing expectations, workstation layouts, and system processes\nAdministrative & Data Entry\nComplete computer-based data entry for shipping, inventory, planning, and KPI inputs\nOrganize clerical documents including purchase orders, inbound documents and packing lists\nSupport administrative tasks related to SQDC updates, process charting, and daily management routines\nQuality, Safety & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in 5S, Kaizen events, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives\nMaintain accurate and current standard work documents and support SOP/work instruction updates\nSupport Oklahoma City’s safety program through participation in audits, hazard mapping, and corrective actions\nMaintain a clean and safe work area and proactively report or correct unsafe conditions\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma required\n3 or more years of experience in distribution operations, with at least 1 year in a Lead or equivalent role \nStrong reading, writing, and communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning warehouse systems quickly (AS400)\nExperience with customer-facing communication, shipping processes, and inventory management\nContinuous Improvement or Lean experience preferred\nAbout CFS Brands:\nHeadquarters located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, CFS BRANDS is a market-leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial foodservice, healthcare, and industrial hygiene products.\nCFS Brands is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce.
