CFSB is seeking an experienced PMO Manager with experience in the financial services industry to join the Project Management and Transformation team and lead a team of project managers. Your responsibilities will include building and overseeing a team of project managers that supports enterprise level projects as well as regulatory initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in following governance in a financial institution, and the ability to successfully deliver.\nResponsibilities:\nManage a team of project managers to provide guidance, support, and resolve issues identified for the team.\nManage project intake and prioritization process as well as resource allocation across competing initiatives. \nPromote project manager growth and development. \nDrive consistency and implement best practices across a team of project managers.\nFacilitate working group and steering committee meetings by leading discussions, challenging stakeholders, establishing accountability and driving consensus among stakeholders.\nOversee creation of project artifacts to ensure project managers are tracking deliverables and are successful in the delivery of the project.\nManage the annual project and budget planning process; drive reporting on initiatives status, risks, and achievements.\nCommunicate clearly with senior management and stakeholders, escalating issues appropriately, and providing recommendations for mitigation and resolution.\nPromote organizational culture and work to improve the overall health of the organization through employee engagement, collaboration, and values alignment.\nProvide an oversight of team projects and individual performances.\nProvide support to enterprise governance program, projects and regulatory initiatives. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nMinimum of 10 years experience in a financial institution. PMP preferred. \nDemonstrated experience of leading complex payments and IT projects/programs in a financial services environment is required \nExperience in managing a team of project managers\nProficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Visio.\nStrong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and expectations.\nDemonstrated experience leading project stakeholders from diverse functional areas.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to adapt to a growing company and shift priorities as needed.\nAbility to work independently as well as being a team player.\nPrior experience in a start-up environment is strongly preferred.\nAbout Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB)\nCommunity Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) is a federally chartered bank founded in 2001 and headquartered in New York City.
