We are currently seeking an Applications Engineer to work with a team of mechanical engineers with ventilation projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of ventilation and air handling projects from concept through to commissioning. Responsibilities will include:\nInterpret client specifications, tender documents, and technical requirements.\nDesigning and selecting appropriate ventilation and fan systems\nPrepare technical proposals, equipment schedules, and detailed costings.\nEngaging with clients to clarify requirements and present technical solutions\nLiaising with draughting, production, and installation teams to ensure practical and cost-effective designs.\nProviding commissioning support and technical troubleshooting when required.\nEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.\nAttending site visits and client meetings as needed. \nQualifications and Experience Required:\nBEng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering.\nProven experience in a mechanical engineering role\nExperience in ventilation, HVAC, fan systems, or industrial air movement applications will be advantageous\nBilingual in English and Afrikaans\nAttributes required for position:\nA strong work
