Our diverse teams decide for themselves which flexible working practices suit them best.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nDepending on your expertise, your responsibilities will focus on AI architecture, hands-on engineering or a combination of both.\n\nAs an AI Architect, you will:\n\n-Design scalable, secure and practical AI architectures that support business needs and technology transformation\n\n-Translate business objectives into architectural decisions and actionable implementation roadmaps\n\n-Guide the integration of AI capabilities into existing systems, development processes and enterprise environments\n\n-Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are reliable, responsible and deliver measurable value\n\n-Help establish architectural principles and reusable approaches for AI adoption\n\nAs an AI Engineer, you will:\n\n-Design, develop and implement AI-powered solutions, automation and accelerators, particularly in Azure-based environments\n\n-Integrate AI capabilities into the software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to coding, testing and documentation\n\n-Leverage technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI services and Azure DevOps\n\n-Build reusable AI components, prompt libraries and workflow templates that improve development efficiency and quality\n\n-Apply AI to challenges such as legacy system understanding, documentation and application modernisation\n\nIn both roles, you will also have opportunities to share your expertise, support teams in adopting AI-enabled ways of working and contribute to secure and responsible AI practices.\n\nWhat we expect from you\n\nWe are looking for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with a practical approach to problem-solving and creating business value.\n\nFor the AI Engineer role, we value:\n\n-Solid experience in software engineering, DevOps or related technical roles, with the ability to independently design and deliver technical solutions\n\n-Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, AI-enabled workflows or Azure AI services\n\n-A strong understanding of modern software development practices, CI/CD and the software development lifecycle\n\n-The ability to turn technical requirements into reliable and maintainable solutions\n\nFor the AI Architect role, we value:\n\n-Extensive experience in solution architecture, software engineering or related technical disciplines, including responsibility for complex technical solutions\n\n-Proven ability to design scalable architectures and guide technical decisions across systems and teams\n\n-Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud environments, integration patterns and architectural best practices\n\n-The ability to connect business objectives with technology decisions and communicate architectural recommendations to different stakeholders\n\nIn both roles, we appreciate:\n\n-Understanding of information security, AI governance and responsible AI practices.\n\n-Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills\n\n-Curiosity, initiative and the ability to identify where AI can create meaningful value\n\n-Professional working proficiency in English. Finnish language skills are considered a significant advantage\n\n-Experience in regulated industries, such as financial services, is considered an advantage\n\nYou do not need to match every requirement.
