Visit www.cgigc.com/join-us/to see why CGI is an employer of choice.\nYou as a Project Coordinator:\nAssist with the development and maintenance of project plans, work breakdowns, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.\nCoordinate assigned project activities and follow up with project team members, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to support project milestones.\nMaintain accurate and current project records, including drawings, specifications, contracts, meeting minutes, submittals, requests for information, change documentation, and closeout materials.\nSupport schedule development, track progress and key deliverables, identify potential delays, and communicate schedule concerns to the Project Manager.\nAssist with commitments, cost tracking, forecasting, invoice review, progress billings, and the identification of cost variances or savings opportunities.\nSupport tendering, scope review, purchase orders, subcontracts, and procurement tracking to help ensure materials and services are secured when required.\nPrepare, track, and maintain change orders, pricing requests, and supporting documentation, ensuring changes are reviewed, approved, and communicated before work proceeds where possible.\nMaintain clear and professional communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, escalating issues appropriately.\nAssist in identifying project risks, deficiencies, and quality concerns; track corrective actions and support compliance with contract documents and CGI standards.\nEnsure compliance with applicable health and safety requirements and CGI procedures, and promptly communicate hazards, incidents, or concerns to the appropriate project leaders.\nPrepare project updates, meeting materials, logs, and reports, and coordinate warranties, manuals, deficiencies, training, and other closeout requirements.\nDo you see these qualities in yourself?\n4+ years of construction or project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education, technical training, and relevant experience.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate project updates, expectations, and requirements with team members and stakeholders.\nAn understanding of construction principles, best practices, and technologies.\nSound judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate options and make timely decisions that support project objectives.\nAdaptable and ability to work in fast-paced, pressured environment while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project goals while maintaining positive relationships.\nExcellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands effectively\nRequirements\nA diploma or university degree in construction management preferred or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience\nExperience using Procore is considered an asset\nThe ability to travel will be a requirement of this position\nCentury Group Inc. is committed to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection processes and work environment.
