  • Accompagner les équipes support, participer à la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs, et piloter la Gestion des risques.
  • Communiquer sur l'avancée du portefeuille projet auprès des différentes instances de gouvernance, et élaborer des tableaux de bord.
