This is a hybrid position.\n\nYou will be expected to attend client site in Leeds on the first and third Tuesday of every month.Profil recherché\nIn this role, you will play a central part in coordinating DevOps, Agile delivery and IT service management activities, helping teams deliver high-quality, reliable services. You will take ownership of operational processes, performance reporting and governance activities, ensuring delivery priorities, risks and dependencies are effectively managed. Working closely with technical teams, product owners and stakeholders, you will help strengthen collaboration and maintain service excellence.\n\nYou will also have the opportunity to identify improvements, support automation initiatives and introduce more effective ways of working. With access to a collaborative network of experienced professionals, you will contribute to the continued development of DevOps practices, helping teams improve efficiency, service reliability and delivery outcomes.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nCoordinate & Deliver: Manage delivery activities, priorities, dependencies, risks and actions across Agile and DevOps teams.\n\nFacilitate & Collaborate: Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement and service reviews.\n\nManage & Improve: Coordinate ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes, ensuring service levels are maintained.\n\nMonitor & Analyse: Track delivery and operational performance metrics, including deployment frequency, lead times, service health and SLA/KPI achievement.\n\nSupport & Optimise: Monitor CI/CD pipeline health, deployment readiness and operational dashboards, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.\n\nDocument & Govern: Maintain accurate runbooks, service documentation, governance records, release logs and audit evidence.\n\nInvestigate & Resolve: Facilitate post-incident reviews, coordinate follow-up actions and support the resolution of operational challenges.\n\nInnovate & Automate: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and strengthen DevOps maturity.\n\nEngage & Influence: Build strong relationships across technical teams, delivery leads and stakeholders to support effective decision-making.\n\nEnable & Support: Coordinate onboarding activities, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.\n\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role\n\nTo succeed in this role, you should have experience supporting Agile delivery, IT service management or DevOps operations within a technology environment. You will bring strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to manage competing priorities independently. Your ability to analyse performance, improve processes and collaborate across teams will be essential to delivering successful outcomes.\n\nEssential skills and experience:\n\nStrong experience coordinating technology delivery, operational support or service management activities.\n\nGood understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.\n\nExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting sprint planning, backlog management and delivery tracking.\n\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence and IT service management platforms.\n\nAbility to analyse delivery metrics, service performance and operational KPIs, presenting clear insights to stakeholders.\n\nStrong documentation, governance, reporting and process management capabilities.\n\nExcellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nProven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and take ownership of outcomes.\n\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional technical and delivery teams.\n\nITIL 4 Foundation and Agile Fundamentals certification, or equivalent demonstrable experience in relevant delivery, service management or operational governance roles.\n\nDesirable skills and experience:\n\nUnderstanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and release management.\n\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.\n\nExperience supporting service transition, operational readiness and continuous service improvement.\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring, observability and operational reporting tools.\n\nExperience supporting process automation and delivery optimisation initiatives.\n\nKnowledge of software development practices, testing, branching strategies and release controls.\n\nAdditional certifications in DevOps, Business Analysis, cloud fundamentals or Atlassian
