This is a hybrid position.Profil recherché\nIn this role, you will lead the design of clear, accessible, and evidence-based content that enables users to navigate complex services with confidence. You will shape content strategies, governance, and standards, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure content supports both user needs and business objectives. By influencing design decisions and engaging senior stakeholders, you will help embed best practice and sustainable content approaches.\n\nYou will also contribute to building content design capability across CGI by mentoring others, championing inclusive design, and sharing knowledge within the SPARCK community.
