complex engineering challenges.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Java SE (11-21) and Jakarta EE frameworks.\n\n- Develop and review detailed architecture and design documents aligning with best practices in scalability, maintainability, and performance.\n\n- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to model complex business domains effectively.\n\n- Build microservices-based, event-driven, and cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Ensure system reliability and resilience in distributed system environments.\n\n- Lead and mentor development teams on design patterns, coding standards, and modern software practices.\n\n- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.\n\n- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve system performance and scalability.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and technical excellence.\n\nMust-Have Skills :\n\n- 7+ years of professional experience in Java and Jakarta EE development.\n\n- Strong command of Java SE (11-21) and Jakarta EE technologies including : JPA, CDI, EJB, JAX-RS, and Jakarta EE containers (e.g., WebSphere Liberty, Payara, WildFly).\n\n- Proven expertise in microservices architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), and distributed systems.\n\n- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\n- Excellent understanding of event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API design (RESTful / GraphQL).\n\n- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern development workflows (Git, Jenkins, etc.).\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.\n\nGood to Have / Preferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with Reactive frameworks (e.g., Spring WebFlux, Quarkus, or Micronaut).\n\n- Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) and in-memory data grids (Hazelcast, Redis).\n\n- Knowledge of security frameworks and OAuth2 / OpenID Connect.\n\n- Familiarity with Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
