Good communication skills and confidence working with technical and business colleagues.. Curiosity and a willingness to keep learning.. Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.. Experience with Jira and documentation tools such as Confluence.. Test management tools such as TestRail is an advantage.. Familiarity with SQL or PL/SQL, API testing tools (e.g. Postman or SoapUI), is an advantage.. Experience with insurance systems is an advantage; hands on Tia experience is a particularly strong advantage.. ISTQB or insurance testing certification is an advantage..
