This role requires the engineer to work on night shifts.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDeploy, maintain, and support SaaS applications in a data centre environment.\nPerform daily log analysis and periodic security audits.\nProvide timely support for customer-reported and internal IT issues.\nAnalyse system and application logs to identify and troubleshoot issues before escalating to the R& D team.\nAssist in application installation, configuration, and customisation.\nManage hosted applications and collaboration tools.\nProvide technical support for Linux, Windows, and network-related issues.\nHandle backup and recovery operations.\nPrepare and maintain documentation for processes, policies, and support activities.\nSupport application validation and quality assurance testing.\nAssist QA teams in testing new releases and enhancements.\nParticipate in new product release activities, including customer flow testing.\nWork in on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nCollaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.\nPerform additional responsibilities as required to ensure high-quality service.\n\n Requirements: \nB. E / B. Tech / MCA / B.
