You’ll build full-stack web products with substantial LLM functionality-from compelling product demos to polished, production-ready experiences.\nOur workflow is PRD-driven and highly iterative. We work primarily in Cursor and Codex, using modern AI-assisted development practices to move quickly without sacrificing product quality. Experience with OpenClaw, agentic orchestrators, or multi-agent systems is a major advantage.\nResponsibilities:\nTurn PRDs, UX mockups, and loosely defined ideas into cohesive working products.\nBuild responsive, polished full-stack web applications.\nDesign and implement meaningful LLM-powered features-not superficial AI add-ons.\nDevelop agentic workflows, tool integrations, structured outputs, and orchestration logic.\nCreate high-impact prototypes and product demos at “vibe-coding speed.”\nEvolve successful prototypes into secure, maintainable production systems.\nMake thoughtful product, UX, and technical decisions without requiring constant direction.\nCollaborate closely with founders, designers, and product stakeholders.\nIdentify missing requirements, edge cases, and opportunities before they become blockers.\nUse AI development tools effectively while maintaining strong engineering judgment.\nOwn features from initial concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration.\nQualifications:\nStrong full-stack web development experience.\nProven ability to independently ship complete products or substantial features.\nExperience building production applications with LLMs and related APIs.\nStrong product instincts and attention to UX details.\nAbility to translate mockups into responsive, polished interfaces.\nComfort working from PRDs while resolving ambiguity proactively.\nExperience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or equivalent.\nStrong backend and API development skills.\nFamiliarity with databases, authentication, cloud deployment, testing, and observability.\nAbility to balance development speed with reliability and maintainability.\nClear communication, sound judgment, and a high level of personal ownership.\nNice to have Qualifications:\nOpenClaw experience.\nAgentic orchestrator or multi-agent system experience.\nExperience with tool calling, MCP, RAG, memory systems, evals, and structured generation.\nExperience building human-in-the-loop AI workflows.\nDeep familiarity with Cursor, Codex, or similar AI-native development environments.\nExperience converting rapid prototypes into scalable production systems.\nA portfolio of polished AI products, experiments, or interactive demos.\nBenefits: \nCompetitive Salary.\nA comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Life Insurance and RRSP).\nRemote work from home (available options).\nThe opportunity for career growth and development.\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment.\nCGS evaluates compensation individually for each selected applicant.
