interactions and assessments. \nQualifications \n3+ years of blood banking experience in a donor or patient facing role and post-secondary training or equivalent work experience in the following areasMedical screening.\nPhlebotomy.\nPlasmapheresis or automated collection device operation and instrumentation.\nHandling of adverse donor reactions.\nSample specimen collection and processing. \nExperience with virtual or online learning, showcasing an understanding of how to foster engaging and effective learning environments. \nA strong command of virtual classroom technologies, video conferencing tools, and multimedia resources.\nModerate proficiency in the use of:\nLearning management systems (LMS) to document training.\nMicrosoft Excel to collect structured data used by various information management systems.\nMS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS SharePoint.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.\nA demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners and create inclusive learning experiences.\nA patient, approachable, and supportive attitude toward learners, promoting a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nA continuous learner with a
