You’ll manage environmental compliance-focused projects, collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other technical professionals, and help clients navigate regulatory requirements while delivering practical solutions that support their project and operational goals.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage environmental compliance and site investigation/remediation projects from initial investigation through design, permitting, and implementation, delivering practical and sustainable solutions\nOversee project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, and client coordination across public and private sector projects\nCoordinate contracts, documentation, and collaboration with clients, regulators, and subcontractors\nDrive project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly progress reviews\nDevelop and implement health and safety plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and QA/QC standards\nCommunicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or a related field required\nMinimum of 5 years of industry experience required, including 2 years of project management experience \nKnowledge of New York State environmental regulations and guidance highly preferred\nGeneral environmental compliance experience required\nProven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks\nProficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint preferred\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment\nMotivated self-starter who works well independently and supports management\nAdaptable, calm under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and negotiation\nPMP, PE or equivalent professional license preferred\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nTake ownership of compliance-focused projects and see your work through from planning to delivery\nWork alongside multidisciplinary experts to solve challenging environmental issues\nBuild stronger client and project management skills while expanding your regulatory expertise\nCurious about the impactful work our Environmental team is doing?
