This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry experts, support the development of high-performing project teams, and make a meaningful impact on projects that enhance life safety and protect the built environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage fire sprinkler and fire protection projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives\nDevelop project scopes, schedules, work plans, budgets, and task assignments in collaboration with technical team members\nMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, project update, and issue resolution\nManage project controls and documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, extra work authorizations, project submissions, approvals, and records\nLead project progress meetings and collaborate with technical staff, field personnel subcontractors, and stakeholders to support efficient project delivery\nMonitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, cash flow, subcontractor billings, and payments\nConduct field visits and inspections to verify quality, project progress, and compliance with applicable standards and requirements\nEnsure project compliance with NFPA requirements, OSHA regulations, and fire and life safety standards\nWhat You Bring:\nHigh school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum of 3 years of fire sprinkler experience required, including 2 years of project management experience \nWorking knowledge of fire protection systems, construction practices, and project delivery methods\nFamiliarity with NFPA code requirements and OSHA safety standards required\nAbility to independently manage multiple projects while balancing priorities, scope, schedules, budgets, documentation, and client expectations\nKnowledge of design software (AutoCAD, HydraCAD, Revit) preferred\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and other project management software required; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint preferred\nDemonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSelf-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across clients, subcontractors, field staff, and internal teams to support successful project execution\nValid driver’s license required with the ability to travel as needed \nNICET certification or relevant field experience preferred; project management certification a plus\nWhy You'll Love It Here:\nLead impactful fire protection projects that help safeguard people, facilities, and essential operations\nWork alongside experienced fire protection professionals on a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects\nExpand your project management expertise through hands-on involvement in project execution, client engagement, and business operations\nCurious about the innovative work our Fire Protection Services team is delivering?
